Nash has gone to see Alec in Barnet, North London for some additional one to one driving instructor training. His ADI training has, for the most part gone well but like some others he’s stalled in one area, in his case its simply level of instruction. Client centred learning is about finding out what the pupil can teach you first then when they can’t teach you, teach them.
Dean from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Lok from Aldershot have come to Farnborough for one to one ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer Alan . Lok is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two are working on their ADI Part 3 techniques and dialogue. Sally is with us from Southampton and all are working hard to help them improve. The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.
