KISS Driving Instructor Training

Regular weekly ADI Training session in Bishops Stortford with KISS Trainer Tony today. Its good to see Gerry from Peterborough helping train our instructors now and usng our unique client centred learning technique and helping others with their ADI Part 3 skills. Haroon from East London who started early January is developing his ADI Part 2 driving skills and has now started to learn the briefing technique as part of his ADI Part 3 development. Slawa from Corby has been able to help and received some training himself.All of this is overseen as usual by KISS Trainer Tony.

KISS trainer Neil who lives in Wimborne completed a one to one driving instructor training session in Poole with Dave from Bournemouth. This was to help with his Part 3 test preparation and they worked through the instructional techniques and core competencies. Dave confirmed the session was very helpful in identifying areas of his client centred learning development. Yet another success as Sadia from Newbury has passed her ADI Part 3 Test of instructional ability at the Reading Driving Test Centre at the first attempt. Sadia has been to our ADI Training in Camberley with KISS Trainer Alan . She has also been working to become a driving instructor with KISS Trainer Tracey in Reading. Our programme trains you to use a client centred learning approach to teaching learners which is faster and to a higher standard. the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme has a 95% success rate compared to a national average of 15%. We won't just train you to pass tests, we want you to become a driving instructor and have a sucessful career.

This morning we have KISS Trainer Bob who lives in Fulham delivering ADI Training in South London with Fatumah from Mitcham helping. We've got six trainees all working to become a driving instructor developing their ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 skills. We also have two pupils joining us and they are getting to go out with a variety of people. KISS Trainer Alec from Borehamwood is working with several trainees today on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 skills today in Barnet. KISS driving instructor training in North London enables instructros such as Neil working in Hackney to work on all three qualifying tests at the same time. KISS Trainer Tracey is at her weekly driving instructor training session in Reading today. We have several trainee driving instructors with us today from Basingstoke, Newbury, Oxford and Reading. The trainees are all working on their client centred learning skills together in addition to doing Part 2 and Part 3 sessions with Neil and Albert. Our 95% success rate of success of our KISS  ADI Training programme is attracting a regular stream of new trainees who want to become a driving instructor . KISS Trainer Rob from Sidcup is meeting trainee Purna who is working to become a driving instructor in Maidstone. Rob normally delivers the weekly KISS Driving Instructor Training session in Belvedere for trainees in South East London and Kent.
