KISS Driving Instructor Training

A one to one driving instructor training session in Bishops Stortford with KISS trainer Tony today. Just two trainees joining him for the ADI training sessions as there will be another training session on Wednesday. Our trainees have come from Harlow and Peterborough and are both on Part 3 working towards their aim to become a driving instructor. Tony's feedback is positive as both instructors are making progress towards qualifying.  

Saturday morning ADI Training is always a lively KISS driving instructor training session for KISS Trainer Bo b and KissTrainer Abdu l in Clapham Junction in South West London. Today we have got trainee instructors and pupils coming from Battersea, Croydon, Mitcham, Kingston and Worcester Park. Our instructors bring their pupils to enable our trainees to develop their c lient centred learning skills. We can also provide mock tests and help in other ways with test preparation.

Atta is attending today as he works to passhis Part 2 driving test at the first attempt. His aim is to begin teaching learners on a trainee licence as soon as possible. Atta is supervised and trained by KISSTrainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Atta decided to become a driving instructor in South East London with KISS after taking advantage of our free training session offer then looking at other trainers . He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme. The KISS programme has always enjoyed an industry leading 95% success rate as a result of the great effort of our instructors who all work collectively. KISS is unique in the industry in that every instructor has been trained in-house and understands client centred learning and the concept of coaching .

Gerry from Peterborough and Slawa from Corby have come to Cambridge for the weekly ADI training session delivered by KISS Trainer Gary . Both of these guys are struggling with their ADI Part 3 techniques for the same reason but different causes, dialogue. There are several possible solutions primarily related to learning techniques and everyone is working hard to help them improve.    The KISS driving instructor  training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively help everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors or able to attend two to three training sessions every week.

KISS trainer Neil from Poole, is conducting his weekly ADI Training session in Southampton. We have trainee driving instructors with us today from Basingstoke, Bournemouth, Havant, Portsmouth and of course Southampton. The trainees are all working on their client centred learning skills together in addition to doing Part 2 and Part 3 sessions with Neil and Albert. The 95% success rate of the KISS driving instructor training programme is attracting a regular stream of new trainees who want to become a driving instructor with us.

It's a busy morning in Reading today as six trainee instructors are here to work with KISS trainer Tracey. Tracey is supported today by KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury to ensure everyone gets at least two one to one driving instructor training session. Some of them are working on their Part 3 test preperation whilst others practice their Part 2 driving test skills. A couple of the trainees are working on a trainee licence and are working through the instructional techniques and core competencies.   Our programme focusses on using a client centred learning approach which much of the industry is still trying to get to grips with. The K ISS ADI training programme has always focussed on developing driving instructors Client Centred Learning (coaching) skills. O ur unique training aids have been developed to ensure our trainees find it easy to understand and use to develop their careers.

Having passed his Part 2 driving test a few weeks ago KISS driving Iinstructor Neil has progressed to teaching learners on a trainee licence. Neil is supervsed and trained by KISS Trainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Neil decided to become a driving instructor in East London because the flexibility suits his personal circumstances. He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme.
