Its the final ADI Part 3 one to one session for KISS Trainer Neil with trainee Dave today. When you want to become a driving instructor with KISS we commmit to delivering unlimited ADI Training . Neil will resume his weekly driving instructor training in Bournemouth in the first week of January  having taken a well earned rest with his family.   

Just a straightforward one to one ADI Training session this afternoon in Battersea, South London for KISS Trainer Bob from Fulham with Hakim from Putney who is working on his ADI Part 3 skills. Hakim decided to become a driving instructor with KISS just 6 weeks ago and has already had over 60 hours of training. Since then he has been able to tke advantage of our comprehensive driving instructor training in South London by attending 3 -4 sessions every week.  

Final weekly ADI Training session in Bishops Stortford today with three regular trainee instructors and one newcomer taking advantage of our offer of a free drivining instructor training session. All of our trainees are stilll working hard to become a driving instructor with KISS despite Christmas being literally just round the corner. KISS Trainer Tony was ably supported by KISS Trainer Gary from Cambridge and our trainees came from Corny, London and Peterborough. We also had two learners joining us for a good 5 hours of client centred learning .

KISS Trainer Sally is with a few trainee driving instructors all working to become a driving instructor in Basingstoke , Portsmouth and Winchester. Pass the tin of celebrations around guys as you get on with your ADI Training sessions.  Because our weekly KISS Driving Instructor Training sessions last for four hours or more everyone gets at least two training sessions and can watch others at work as well. Everyone is in a festive mood this afternoon so not much Driving Instructor training being done this afternoon near Goodmayes Driving Test Centre. KISS Trainer Tony has brought some Xmas prassies for everyone and Jennie from Dagenham is offering around the mince pies. Our regular weekly ADI Training sessions at all locations will finish on Tuesday. Individual trainers will be working with trainees on a one to one basis where ther is a need until we start again on 4th January 2016. if you are thinking you would like to become a driving instructor next year please come and see us at any one of our twenty training venues.

This will be the last ADI training session in Battersea until the new year and we have five trainee driving instructors with us this morning. Zahra from Croydon is definately taking advantage of our unlimited driving instructor training in South London by going to three to four sessions a week. Mudasser is developing his ADI Part 3 skills quickly now we have shown him how to develop and he's using our unique training aids. He originally joined another training company then switched to a second trainer. he then took a free training session with KISS Trainer Bob and immediately realised he could qualify to become a driving instructor if he signed up, which he did. Mudasser's pupils are also recognising the difference now he is using our unique client centred learning technique.

It is very important when teaching you are familiar with the area otherwise it will impact on your ability to teach. 

KISS Trainer Alec from Borehamwood is in Barnet today to do a one to one ADI Part 2 driving session. He is there with Steve, one of our North London trainees who is working to become a driving isntructor . Steve is also working on his ADI Part 3 skills on a weekly basis with Alec and some of our other trainers. The KISS ADI Training programme provides you with unlimited driving instructor training in North London and allows you to pay course fees over the length of the course. Includied in the course are all of our unique training aids and the practical help to succeed. The topic of conversation at this weeks KISS Driving Instructor Training in South London is one handed steering' and what constitutes a driving or serious fault. We talk a lot about brain function during our ADI Training sessions as part of our client centred learning programme. Tracey has identified the problem and provided a very simple solution, which is to use the very simple and unique training aids . The dialogue needed to teach well is actucally very simple but you will need to used closed questioning to deliver brisk, competent briefings. On the move you will need to be very structured and literal to enable the pupil to respond properly. KISS Trainer Rod is in Sydenham, South London working with Atta, Ben, Hakim, Sandra and Zahra covering ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training . Very much part of the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is the help we get from our local ADI's who turn up at our weekly ADI training sessions to help develop our trainees. KISS Trainer Bob from Chelsea is working on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 with Hakim from Putney in South West London and Mudasser from Worcester Park. Hakim should be taking his driving test at Tolworth early in the New Year, Mudassar is due to take his test of instructional ability in February. They will continue to get ADI training two to three times a week until then. Alexandra and Suzanne from Reading, Sadia from Newbury and Kevin from Slough are working on their ADI training today. KISS Trainer Tracey and ADI Matthew from Bracknell are working with them to help them become a driving instructor . Suzanne goes for an ADI Part 2 drive which takes her through Wokingham to test her ability to read the road ahead as she hasn't been there before. The other trainees are all working on their ADI Part 3 instructional ability skills. As they progress our job is to identify any weaknesses they can then work on with learners. Having passed his Part 2 driving test a few weeks ago Dave from Bournemouth is busy working on his ADI Part 3 training and getting ready to teach learners on a trainee licence. Dave is supervised and trained by KISSTrainer Neil from Wimborne and ADI's who work alongside him. Neil has helped many trainees who wanted to become a driving instructor in places such as Eastleigh, Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester and other parts of the South Coast. If you want to become a driving instructor you need to keep in mind six simple but key words. These are What, Why, How and Tell, Ask and Watch. When you are a driving instructor you must teach your pupils What they need to do, Why they need to do it and How they should do it. When they make a mistake, What was wrong, Why is it wrong and How do we fix it.To make sure your level of instruction is correct watch the pupil and then Tell them what to do, Ask what they should be doing or simply keep Watching. In that way you keep it simple and deliver client centred learning which speeds up the learning process. A one to one driving instructor training session in Bishops Stortford with KISS trainer Tony today. Atta is attending today as he works to passhis Part 2 driving test at the first attempt. His aim is to begin teaching learners on a trainee licence as soon as possible. Atta is supervised and trained by KISSTrainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme. Our weekly driving instructor training session in Camberley run by KISS Trainer Alan is underway. We start at around 9am and deliver ADI Training throughout the day often up until 4pm. Trainee driving Instructor Slawa from Corby is getting a one to one ADI training session in Cambridge with KISS Trainer Gary today. Slawa epitomises the enthusiasm that is achieved by our trainees when they follow the KISS driving instructor training programme. We had the pleasure of meeting one of Slawa's pupils three weeks ago and it was very obvious he was using the client centred learning techniques he has been trained to sue. We were able to use our coaching techniques to establsih the pupil had gained a good level of knowledge i just over 20 hours.of driving lessons .

We had a very good weekly driving instructor training session in Bishops Stortford with KISS trainer Tony today. He was supported by KISS trainer Gary from Cambridge and between them they ensured the five trainees all had at least two ADI training sessions each. Our trainees today came from Cambridge, Corby, East London, Harlow and Peterborough and are all working towards their aim to become a driving instructor in their own areas.

Atta from Woolwich is preparing to work on a trainee licence and should be on the road teaching very soon. Neil from East London is working to complete his Part 3 ADI training having been teaching learners for a while. The KISS driving instructor training programm provides trainees working to become a driving instructor with a range of practical opportunities to develop their skills. Welcome on board to Tim from Woolwich who is the very latest recruit too our Driving Instructor Training programme. Tim came to a couple of our weekly ADI Training sessions in Belvedere, South East London delivered by KISS Trainer Rob from Sidcup. He was given a couple of Part 2 training sessions and observed some Part 3 training . Now he has enrolled and been provided with our unique training aids he will begin to prepare for his Part 1 at home. The rest of his training to become a driving instructor will be delivered in practical sessions at venues around London on a weekly basis. Our programme enables our trainee instructors to easliy develop a client centred learning style of coaching pupils which is speeds up the learning process and is much more engaging than traditional instructirng.

Two of our trainee instructors are preparing to take their Part 3 Tes t in Southampton in the next few weeks. KISS trainer Neil from Wimborne is conducting one to one training with them both today near Maybush driving test centre. KISS trainer Tracey completed a one to one driving instructor training session in Reading to help Monica with her Part 3 test preperation. They worked through the instructional techniques and core competencies. Monica confirmed the session was very helpful in identifying areas of her client centred learning development. Zahra from Croydon had a very productive Part 3 driving instructor training session with KISS trainer Bob today. Bob helps trainees to become a driving instructor in and around Clapham Junction in South London on a daily basis. The KISS ADI training programme delivers unlimited training on Part 2 and Part 3 and Zahra has taken advantage of this opportunity. She has developed her briefing skills and has moved on to work on her Client Centred Learning (coaching) skills.   

Very proud of KISS trainer Sally in Basingstoke who led the Big Red Learner relay from Basingstoke to Newbury today in support of Children in Need . Sally was supported by several trainees on the KISS driving instructor  training programme .

Paul from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Chalak from Aldershot have come to Farnborough some one to one  ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer alan . Diane is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two guys are struggling with their ADI Part 3 techniques for the same problem but for different reasons, dialogue. There are several possible solutions primarily related to learning techniques and everyone is working hard to help them improve The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.

We would like to welcome on board Chalak from Aldershot who has joined our driving instructor training programme . Chalak was drawn to become a driving instructor because eight Nepalese people have completed their ADI training with us. Although hel ives in Aldershot Chalak has decided to work primarily with KISS trainer Dieter in Kingston. As and when his busy schedule allows, he will also attend our weekly training sessions in Camberley , Reading and Southampton .

Noor passed her Part 1 Theory Test and Part 2 driving with another training organisation however she felt they were not able to help develop her Part 3 instructional skills . Noor lives in Thornoton Heath in South London and attends weekly ADI training sessions in Anerley, Battersea and Belvedere . Her lead trainers are Bob , Rod and Rob although she was helped by quite a few KISS driving instructors. She decided to become a driving instructor when she realised how flexible her work schedule would become.

Congratulations to Paul Greenwood for passing his ADI Part 2 test . Paul chose Winchester to take his test and passed easily with only 2 faults. Paul has been training at Basingstoke and Camberley , and now he is well on the way to applying for his pink license. We look forward to welcoming him to the roads of Basingstoke and helping him towards the Part 3 test and beyond.

Some excellent news from our Trainee Driving Instructor, "Slav" (prounounced 'Swaav') based near Corby in Northamptonshire. With determination Slav has completed his Part 1 - no mean feat as many of us will recall says trainer Tony of Bishops Stortford. "It took myself several frustrating Part 1 Test attempts to produce the results needed for the Hazard Perception clips. Frankly I think the HP test unfit for purpose as used for the ADI programme - as most experienced drivers anticipate earlier. So well done to Slav for mastering 'the technique' !". Slav has been preparing for his Part 2 for some months now and his trainers wish him speedy progress to Part 3.
