Haroon from East London who started early January is developing his ADI Part 2 driving skills and has now started to learn the briefing technique as part of his ADI Part 3 development. KISS trainer Neil who lives in Wimborne completed a one to one driving instructor training session in Poole with Dave from Bournemouth. This was to help with his Part 3 test preparation and they worked through the instructional techniques and core competencies. Dave confirmed the session was very helpful in identifying areas of his client centred learning development. Yet another success as Sadia from Newbury has passed her ADI Part 3 Test of instructional ability at the Reading Driving Test Centre at the first attempt. Sadia has been to our ADI Training in Camberley with KISS Trainer Alan . She has also been working to become a driving instructor with KISS Trainer Tracey in Reading. Trainee driving Instructor Slawa from Corby is getting a one to one ADI training session in Cambridge with KISS Trainer Gary today. Slawa epitomises the enthusiasm that is achieved by our trainees when they follow the KISS driving instructor training programme. We had the pleasure of meeting one of Slawa's pupils three weeks ago and it was very obvious he was using the client centred learning techniques he has been trained to sue. We were able to use our coaching techniques to establsih the pupil had gained a good level of knowledge i just over 20 hours.of driving lessons .

Congratulations to Nick from Andover who has passed his ADI Part 3 test of instructional ability today at Maybush Driving Test Centre in Southampton today. Nick joined the KISS driving instructor training in Southampton and worked primarily with KISS Trainer Neil from Bournemouth. Final weekly ADI Training session in Bishops Stortford today with three regular trainee instructors and one newcomer taking advantage of our offer of a free drivining instructor training session. All of our trainees are stilll working hard to become a driving instructor with KISS despite Christmas being literally just round the corner. Atta is attending today as he works to passhis Part 2 driving test at the first attempt. His aim is to begin teaching learners on a trainee licence as soon as possible. Atta is supervised and trained by KISSTrainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Atta decided to become a driving instructor in South East London with KISS after taking advantage of our free training session offer then looking at other trainers . Atta is a little nervous as he starts to  work on a trainee licence and using his client centred learning skills. Haroon and Hakim are making good progress with their ADI Part 2 driving skills and their ADI Part 3 technique. Mudasser has brought a friend along for a free driving instructor training session to see how we deliver our ADI Part 3 training. His friend has been struggling to develop his teachiing skills in part because he doesn't have the training aids necessary. Whilst training with us he also observed 'how everyone was working so well together' and 'how simply the trainers identified my weaknesses and worked through things to help me improve/.

Relatively new to us trainee Greg from Bishops Stortford is contemplating if he has time to work on a Trainee Licence. KISS Trainer Dieter from Epsom is doing some one to one ADI Part 3 with Atta from Morden this morning in preparation for starting to teach on a Trainee Licence. Atta has spent the last few months working with us on his ADI Training in Kingston upon Thames . Today we welcomed a new trainee to our Driving Instructor Training programme in Southampton. KISS Trainer Neil was on hand to welcome Steve and introduce him to his first ADI Training session. Steve has chosen to become a driving instructor because he wants the security of working for himself having been made redundant twice in the last four years. Having signed up to the programme he has now recieved our unique training aids and has completed his first ADI Part 2 driving lesson and watched some ADI Part 3 training in which he see how we use a client centred learning approach to teaching.

Having passed his Part 2 driving test a few weeks ago KISS driving Iinstructor Neil has progressed to teaching learners on a trainee licence. Today, Kiss trainer Neil had the opportunity to have his driving assessed by one of Dorset's top Police Driving Instructors. The aim was to ensure that the KISS ADI Training programme stays up to date with the best driving techniques. The KISS Driving Instructor Training team share information and ideas on a weekly basis to ensure anyone who wants to become a driving instructor with us gets the very best tuition. 

Alexandra and Suzanne from Reading, Sadia from Newbury and Kevin from Slough are working on their ADI training today. KISS Trainer Tracey and ADI Matthew from Bracknell are working with them to help them become a driving instructor . Suzanne goes for an ADI Part 2 drive which takes her through Wokingham to test her ability to read the road ahead as she hasn't been there before. The other trainees are all working on their ADI Part 3 instructional ability skills. As they progress our job is to identify any weaknesses they can then work on with learners. The KISS Driving Instructor Training programme trains you to becoema driving instructor first and pass the tests second which is what delivers our 95% success rate.
