Driving Instructor Training in Cambridge

KISS Trainer Gary is doing one to one ADI Training in Cambridge with Slawa and Jerry today. Both of these guys are really working hard to become a driving instructor in their areas, which are Corby and Peterborough. In Germany trainee instructors go to university for six months to study phsycology. The first issue is that there are too many trainers with insufficient knowledge to train instructors, particularly in the skills of ‘client centred learning. Similarly they will not be able to deliver coaching skills training, essential to delivering the higher levels of the GDE Matrix.
