KISS Driving Instructor Training

Saturday afternoon and its time for a bit of ADI Training in East London with KISS Trainer Tony working with four of our trainees. As usual some off the trainees are working on ADI Part 2 and others are working on ADI Part 3 .  The KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is available six days a week at locations througout the South of England. Our course is hands on and delivered in-car and we provide unlimited training to become a driving instructor . Our client centred learning techniques are possibly ten years ahead of most other training programmes.

Our regular weekly Driving Instructor Training in Ilford is taking place this afternoon. KISS Trainer Tony is taking the lead with four of our trainees working to become a driving instructor in their own areas. Today our ADI Training programme draws instructors in from East London, Dagenham, Romford, Woolwich and other areas of Essex. We deliver a client centred learning approach to training as this is more engaging and hands-on. Our trainee driving instructors work on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training at the same time.

Our regular weekly Driving Instructor Training in Ilford is taking place this afternoon. KISS Trainer Tony is taking the lead with four of our trainees working to become a driving instructor in their own areas. Today our ADI Training programme draws instructors in from East London, Dagenham, Romford, Woolwich and other areas of Essex. We deliver a client centred learning approach to training as this is more engaging and hands-on. Our trainee driving instructors work on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training at the same time.

Atta is attending today as he works to passhis Part 2 driving test at the first attempt. His aim is to begin teaching learners on a trainee licence as soon as possible. Atta is supervised and trained by KISSTrainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Atta decided to become a driving instructor in South East London with KISS after taking advantage of our free training session offer then looking at other trainers . He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme. The KISS programme has always enjoyed an industry leading 95% success rate as a result of the great effort of our instructors who all work collectively. KISS is unique in the industry in that every instructor has been trained in-house and understands client centred learning and the concept of coaching .

KISS Trainer Tony has brought some Xmas prassies for everyone and Jennie from Dagenham is offering around the mince pies. Our regular weekly ADI Training sessions at all locations will finish on Tuesday. Individual trainers will be working with trainees on a one to one basis where ther is a need until we start again on 4th January 2016. if you are thinking you would like to become a driving instructor next year please come and see us at any one of our twenty training venues.

Great result and CONGRATULATIONS for KISS trainee Jennie from Dagenham who has passed her ADI Part 2 driving test at Goodmayes Driving Test Centre with just 3 driving faults. KISS Trainer Tony who has overseen Jennies ADI training expects her to be able to start teaching on a trainee licence after Christmas. The KISS Driving Instructor Training programme in East London and Ilford almost uniquelly in the industry enables trainees to develop their ADI Part 3 skills alongside the preparation for the other tests. Most other trainers require any trainees who wish to become a driving instructor to pass each test before moving onto the next stage.

KISS trainer Tony has three trainees working with him in Goodmayes this afternoon on their Part 2 and Part 3 skill s. Jennie, from Dagenham is working hard to prepare for her Driving Test. Atta from Woolwich is preparing to work on a trainee licence and should be on the road teaching very soon. Neil from East London is working to complete his Part 3 ADI training having been teaching learners for a while. The KISS driving instructor training programm provides trainees working to become a driving instructor with a range of practical opportunities to develop their skills. Congratulations to KISS driving instructor Claire from Hackney who has passed the  Part 3 Test of Instructional ability at Goodmayes driving test centre at the first attempt. The examiners were very complimentary of Claire's briefing, teaching and engagement skills. Claire trained with our trainers Tony in Bishops Stortford , Rob in Belvedere and James in Ilford and simply followed the  KISS driving instructor training programm e . Claire will now go on to help us with our ADI training course in East London . She will also complete her Fleet driver training course in the next few weeks. Well done Claire from all at KISS ADI Training .

Congratulations to Neil from East London who has passed his Part 2 Driving test today from everyone working in the KISS driving instructor training in London . Neil has now passed his Part 1 Theory Test and his Part 2 driving at the first attemt and has been working on his Part 3 instructional skills . Neil lives in East London and attends weekly ADI training sessions in Barnet, Belvedere, Bishops Storford and Ilford. His lead trainers are Tony and Rob although he is being helped by more than ten instructors. He decided to become a driving instructor when he realised how flexible his work schedule would become.

ADI training in Ilford as usual this afternoon with Mark , Tony and our usual group of trainee driving instructors. These guys all desperately want to become a driving instructor as soon as possible either because they are unemployed or want to change jobs. Our driving instructor training delivers a 95% success rate and these guys from Hackney, East London, Dagenham, Loughton and Romford will qualify before not too much longer.

It's all happening in East London today as Lucy from Ilford takes the new Standards test and gets a Grade A. Lucy is the first of our instructors to take the newly structured test which is focused on our technique of client centred learning . No change for us, major change for many other ADIs.

Great news coming in as we hear Claire has passed her Part 1 Theory test in Ilford today. Claire from Hackney in East London has been on our driving instructor training programme for just over six months. Because we have completed a lot of her ADI training we now expect Claire to take her Part 2 driving test at Goodmayes driving test centre in about two weeks. Then in her efforts to become a driving instructor we expect her to be doing diving lessons in East London in about four weeks.
