Driving Instructor Training in London

Congratulations to Neil from East London who has passed his Part 2 Driving test today from everyone working in the KISS driving instructor training in London. Neil has now passed his Part 1 Theory Test and his Part 2 driving at the first attemt and has been working on his Part 3 instructional skills.

Neil lives in East London and attends weekly ADI training sessions in Barnet, Belvedere, Bishops Storford and Ilford. His lead trainers are Tony and Rob although he is being helped by more than ten instructors. He decided to become a driving instructor when he realised how flexible his work schedule would become.

Driving Instructor Training in Cambridge

KISS Trainer Gary is doing one to one ADI Training in Cambridge with Slawa and Jerry today. Both of these guys are really working hard to become a driving instructor in their areas, which are Corby and Peterborough. We anticipate both will complete their driving instructor training programme in the next two to three months. KISS Trainers are all trained in-house to deliver our own unique client centred learning techniques using our unique training aids. ADI Part 3 training can be easy when the trainee is given the right material and training to develop their skills, which is why we can promise a 95% succes rate.

The DSA have shown, over the last ten years or more they are unable to drive through change and they certainly haven’t demonstrated how they would train instructors to meet their currently stated  needs. In Germany trainee instructors go to university for six months to study phsycology. Ask a Part 3 examiner ‘why do you want to drive’ and you are likely get the response ‘what’s that got to do with anything’. The first issue is that there are too many trainers with insufficient knowledge to train instructors, particularly in the skills of ‘client centred learning. Similarly they will not be able to deliver coaching skills training, essential to delivering the higher levels of the GDE Matrix. Has DSA considered how this is going to be addressed as without a higher level of competence the instructors will be unable to deliver the driver standards syllabus.
