KISS Driving Instructor Training

A one to one driving instructor training session in Bishops Stortford with KISS trainer Tony today. Just two trainees joining him for the ADI training sessions as there will be another training session on Wednesday. Our trainees have come from Harlow and Peterborough and are both on Part 3 working towards their aim to become a driving instructor. Tony's feedback is positive as both instructors are making progress towards qualifying.  

Saturday morning ADI Training is always a lively KISS driving instructor training session for KISS Trainer Bo b and KissTrainer Abdu l in Clapham Junction in South West London. Today we have got trainee instructors and pupils coming from Battersea, Croydon, Mitcham, Kingston and Worcester Park. Our instructors bring their pupils to enable our trainees to develop their c lient centred learning skills. We can also provide mock tests and help in other ways with test preparation.

Atta is attending today as he works to passhis Part 2 driving test at the first attempt. His aim is to begin teaching learners on a trainee licence as soon as possible. Atta is supervised and trained by KISSTrainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Atta decided to become a driving instructor in South East London with KISS after taking advantage of our free training session offer then looking at other trainers . He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme. The KISS programme has always enjoyed an industry leading 95% success rate as a result of the great effort of our instructors who all work collectively. Gerry from Peterborough and Slawa from Corby have come to Cambridge for the weekly ADI training session delivered by KISS Trainer Gary . Both of these guys are struggling with their ADI Part 3 techniques for the same reason but different causes, dialogue. There are several possible solutions primarily related to learning techniques and everyone is working hard to help them improve.    The KISS driving instructor  training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively help everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors or able to attend two to three training sessions every week.

KISS trainer Neil from Poole, is conducting his weekly ADI Training session in Southampton. We have trainee driving instructors with us today from Basingstoke, Bournemouth, Havant, Portsmouth and of course Southampton. The trainees are all working on their client centred learning skills together in addition to doing Part 2 and Part 3 sessions with Neil and Albert. The 95% success rate of the KISS driving instructor training programme is attracting a regular stream of new trainees who want to become a driving instructor with us.

It's a busy morning in Reading today as six trainee instructors are here to work with KISS trainer Tracey. Tracey is supported today by KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury to ensure everyone gets at least two one to one driving instructor training session. Some of them are working on their Part 3 test preperation whilst others practice their Part 2 driving test skills. A couple of the trainees are working on a trainee licence and are working through the instructional techniques and core competencies.   Our programme focusses on using a client centred learning approach which much of the industry is still trying to get to grips with. The K ISS ADI training programme has always focussed on developing driving instructors Client Centred Learning (coaching) skills. O ur unique training aids have been developed to ensure our trainees find it easy to understand and use to develop their careers.

Having passed his Part 2 driving test a few weeks ago KISS driving Iinstructor Neil has progressed to teaching learners on a trainee licence. Neil is supervsed and trained by KISS Trainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Neil decided to become a driving instructor in East London because the flexibility suits his personal circumstances. He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme. Our weekly driving instructor training session in Camberley run by KISS Trainer Alan is underway. We start at around 9am and deliver ADI Training throughout the day often up until 4pm. KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury comes along to add his expertise. A few of our other ADI's from Farnborough and areas help as well because we all remember what it was like to learn to become driving instructor . Trainees have come from Aldershot, Camberley, Guildford, Newbury, Portsmouth and Southampton. Some bring pupilsso they can have mock tests and to help trainees gain experience.  

Trainee driving Instructor Slawa from Corby is getting a one to one ADI training session in Cambridge with KISS Trainer Gary today. Slawa epitomises the enthusiasm that is achieved by our trainees when they follow the KISS driving instructor training programme. We had the pleasure of meeting one of Slawa's pupils three weeks ago and it was very obvious he was using the client centred learning techniques he has been trained to sue. We were able to use our coaching techniques to establsih the pupil had gained a good level of knowledge i just over 20 hours.of driving lessons .

We had a very good weekly driving instructor training session in Bishops Stortford with KISS trainer Tony today. He was supported by KISS trainer Gary from Cambridge and between them they ensured the five trainees all had at least two ADI training sessions each. Our trainees today came from Cambridge, Corby, East London, Harlow and Peterborough and are all working towards their aim to become a driving instructor in their own areas.

KISS trainer Tony has three trainees working with him in Goodmayes this afternoon on their Part 2 and Part 3 skill s. Jennie, from Dagenham is working hard to prepare for her Driving Test. Atta from Woolwich is preparing to work on a trainee licence and should be on the road teaching very soon. Neil from East London is working to complete his Part 3 ADI training having been teaching learners for a while. The KISS driving instructor training programm provides trainees working to become a driving instructor with a range of practical opportunities to develop their skills. We offer unlimited training on a weekly basis in East London and around Ilford.

Welcome on board to Tim from Woolwich who is the very latest recruit too our Driving Instructor Training programme. Tim came to a couple of our weekly ADI Training sessions in Belvedere, South East London delivered by KISS Trainer Rob from Sidcup. He was given a couple of Part 2 training sessions and observed some Part 3 training . Now he has enrolled and been provided with our unique training aids he will begin to prepare for his Part 1 at home. The rest of his training to become a driving instructor will be delivered in practical sessions at venues around London on a weekly basis. Our programme enables our trainee instructors to easliy develop a client centred learning style of coaching pupils which is speeds up the learning process and is much more engaging than traditional instructirng.

Two of our trainee instructors are preparing to take their Part 3 Tes t in Southampton in the next few weeks. KISS trainer Neil from Wimborne is conducting one to one training with them both today near Maybush driving test centre. The KISS driving instructor training programme provides unlimited ADI training to help trainees become a driving instructor . KISS Trainer Rod and KISS Trainer Frances held their weekly ADI Training session in Anerley, South London today with four trainee instructors. Atta from Woolwich completed a Part 2 and Part 3 session and recieved very positive feedback for his efforts to become a driving instructor . Fatumah from Mitcham has been sitting in on lessons with some of our instructors and that is enabling her to understand better what she is trying to achieve with her own driving instructor training programme. Our unique training aids help trainee driving instructors to develop a good structure and the technique needed to deliver Client Centred Learning .

Atta from Morden is preparing to work on a trainee licence and should be on the road teaching very soon. KISS trainer Tracey completed a one to one driving instructor training session in Reading to help Monica with her Part 3 test preperation. They worked through the instructional techniques and core competencies. Monica confirmed the session was very helpful in identifying areas of her client centred learning development. Zahra from Croydon had a very productive Part 3 driving instructor training session with KISS trainer Bob today. Bob helps trainees to become a driving instructor in and around Clapham Junction in South London on a daily basis. The KISS ADI training programme delivers unlimited training on Part 2 and Part 3 and Zahra has taken advantage of this opportunity. She has developed her briefing skills and has moved on to work on her Client Centred Learning (coaching) skills.   

Very proud of KISS trainer Sally in Basingstoke who led the Big Red Learner relay from Basingstoke to Newbury today in support of Children in Need . Sally was supported by several trainees on the KISS driving instructor  training programme .

Paul from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Chalak from Aldershot have come to Farnborough some one to one  ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer alan . Congratulations to KISS driving instructor Claire from Hackney who has passed the  Part 3 Test of Instructional ability at Goodmayes driving test centre at the first attempt. The examiners were very complimentary of Claire's briefing, teaching and engagement skills. Claire trained with our trainers Tony in Bishops Stortford , Rob in Belvedere and James in Ilford and simply followed the  KISS driving instructor training programm e . Claire will now go on to help us with our ADI training course in East London . She will also complete her Fleet driver training course in the next few weeks. Well done Claire from all at KISS ADI Training .
