KISS Driving Instructor Training

Another success for our driving instructor training programme as Bishnu passes his Part 3 test at Reading driving test centre. Bishnu originally went to AA driving School for his ADI training but after two attempts at the Part 3 test he felt they were not delivering the training he needed to become a driving instructor and achieve the level of competence needed to make a living. Well done Bishnu from all of the trainers in Camberley and Reading who worked with you.

Tracey is doing some last minute driving instructor training with Bishnu in Reading as he completes his Part 3 ADI training . Like most of our trainee driving instructors Bishnu has worked hard to become a driving instructor in Reading and we fully expect him to pass his Part 3 test this week. 

Driving instructor training in Ilford this afternoon with Tony and David with Part 2 and Part 3 trainees. ADI training taking place today as usual with everyone showing massive enthusiasm for learning how to become a driving instructor . Claire from Hackney is making good progress with her Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training, Dave from Romford is being slowed in his development by personal concerns which is not unusual given the timeframes involved. The flexibility and unlimited training we deliver allows for periods of absence for whatever reason and if necessary we also set up one to one training.

Battersea, South London, d riving instructor training is being led by Bob and Abdul and the usual suspects have turned up full of enthusiasm. It’s good to see some of them taking control of their own ADI training and coming focussed on what they want to do.

Driving instructor training in Newbury with two trainees as Brian charms and guides his trainees towards their goal of becoming a driving instructor in the near future. On the Part 2 session they went up to through Thatcham and on into Reading where the practical driving test will take place.

D riving instructor training took place beside Barnet driving test centre, led by Tony and Alec this morning. Our trainees today have come from East London, North London, West London, Harlow, Romford, Stanmore and Uxbridge. Yet another good ADI training session for everyone involved as they work on their quest to become a driving instructor . See you all again next week.

Gop from Aldershot is delivering driving instructor training in Guildford today to two Part 3 trainees from Woking and Petersfield. Alan from Camberley joins them later in the morning to help with the ADI training in Surrey.

Brian has joined Tracey in delivering driving instructor training in Reading this afternoon and they are joined by Monika, Ram and Bishnu. We have a couple of enquiries from people who are looking to become a driving instructor in Newbury and Oxford and we are expecting them to come along for a free ADI training session in the next couple of weeks.

Another weekly driving instructor training session in Cambridge for Gary with Jerry from Peterborough and Kelly from Harlow today. Both of them are working on their Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training skills and they should pass their driving tests within the next month. Great enthusiasm from everyone today, well done guys.

Trainees are always surprised just how much detail is involved once start to become a driving instructor ! Again some excellent ADI training Andy, well done and remember, SPEED is often the problem . What speed? Wh y it’s important to do this first ? and How? Progressive braking!!! "

Kaye meets Nash from Stanmore to do some driving instructor training , working on his Part 3 driving skills . They are joined later by James who is working on his Part 2 driving skills and for today Kaye sits in the back and helps Nash use and develop his ADI training skills with James. They took James up to Northolt, out to Harrow, and then down into West London, working on reading the road ahead.

Dieter has arranged to do some one to one driving instructor training just with Hamed in Reigate, S urrey this pm. T hey are making sure Hamed knows where he is likely to do different Part 3 subjects if he takes his test at Reigate driving test centre. It’s a shame they don’t do Part 3 at many of the driving test centres in South London near to where we do our ADI training.

Belvedere this morning for our usual weekly driving instructor training session in Kent. Christine , Rob and Amy are all here to deliver ADI training to all of the Part 2 and Part 3 trainees who have enthusiastically turned up today. Emanuel gets a mention if only because he’s beginning the same struggle as everyone else to begin to ask ‘what, why and how’. Lynne from our training in Maidstone has popped in to lend a hand so everyone gets at least one session in their quest to become a driving instructor .

Maybush Driving Test Centre in Southampton and Neil and his team are delivering driving instructor training to Albert, Blair from Aldershot, Ollie and Steve from Portsmouth. This is one of our ADI training venues, all of which deliver a 95% success rate and unlimited Part 2 and Part 3 training to become a driving instructor .

Bob from Chelsea is conducting ADI training in Battersea with Safia from Eltham, Hamed from New Malden and Reginald from Wandsworth. To become a driving instructor you need patient, knowledgeable and skilled trainers to help you and as much training as possible, that’s what our trainers provide.

Wednesday, Camberley, all day driving instructor training with Alan , Brian and the team for our trainees to get ADI training. We have trainee driving instructors arriving from Aldershot, Basingstoke, Brentford, Farnborough, Fleet, Guildford, Kingston, Newbury, Reading and Salisbury. Our aim is to deliver several weekly driving instructor training sessions within 30 miles to anyone wanting to become a driving instructor is gradually coming together. Tracey from Reading, Kaye from Uxbridge and Sally from Basingstoke joined us to help and contribute to our 95% success rate .

We are in Anerley near Crystal Palace this afternoon for one of four weekly driving instructor training sessions in South London. This is always one of our best attended ADI Training sessions every week with Rod , Frances and the team. Five trainees are working towards taking their Part 3 tests and we get them to help train our newer trainees. To train to become a driving instructor you need a wide variety of experiences including training others as you then see what it’s like for a pupil.

Driving instructor training in West London, joining Kaye is Geta from Brentford working on Part 3 Ilhem from Uxbridge and James from Hayes both working on Part 2 driving lessons. Geta and Ilhem are progressing well. James is looking good to become a driving instructor in the early days of his ADI training.

Omar from Epsom delivers ADI training in Reigate this afternoon with three trainees attending for driving instructor training. If you want to become a driving instructor in South London and Surrey you need to develop your skills through an ADI training programme that delivers lots of one to one training and that’s us. 

Driving instructor training in Kingston with Dieter from Epsom and Andy from Chessington leading todays Surrey ADI training session. Abu from Hounslow has joined us for ADI Fleet training although he seems intrigued by how we are training people to coach and become a driving instructor . We have eight trainee driving instructors and three pupils with us today so everyone is kept busy with our unique and innovating ADi training programme .

Sally is with Ben from Andover in Basingstoke again today for some more Part 2 driving instructor training . We are expecting Ben to start doing more ADI training in Camberley as and when his shifts at Heathrow allow him too. Because Ben has tried to qualify before we expect he will move through the programme to become a driving instructor quicker than most other trainees .

Christine from Abbey Wood is doing some ADI training with trainee driving instructors from Greenwich, Bexleyheath, Eltham and Thamesmead. These guys are all benefitting from the regular weekly driving instructor training we do in South and East London and Kent. Emanuel has begun the hardest part of his journey to become a driving instructor having assed Part 2 last week.

Driving instructor training session in Bournemouth today for Albert and Ollie both from Southampton and they are joined later by Andy from Salisbury. Ollie is working to speed up her dialogue, which will happen naturally when she develops her ADI training with real learners. Albert is trying hard to get it right, Neil is showing him what can go wrong if you are not literal with ‘talk thru’ when giving pupils instructions. Andy is very obviously benefitting from doing more of our training to become a driving instructor . 

Alan in Camberley is doing some more Driving Instructor Training with a few of the trainee driving instructors from Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet, Basingstoke and Guildford. They all get an ADI training session and work together to develop their skills to become a driving instructor .

ADI Training in Bishops Stortford with five trainees and two pupils working together from 9am to 2.40pm. James is buzzing and has clearly benefitted from his week's football coaching course and the course leader recognised the coaching skills he has gained with us. Jerry is now showing signs of nerves for his upcoming Part 2 driving test in Cambridge. Claire is desperate to get going with learners to develop her driving instructor training skills. She is being frustrated by the CRB process but is pushing ahead with her Part 2 and Part 3 training. Are we the only trainers to offer in-car training for people wishing to become a driving instructor whilst they wait for their CRB check and Registration?

M ark , T ony and several trainee s are working in Ilford on their driving instructor training programme. Plenty of Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training taking place today as usual with everyone showing massive enthusiasm for learning how to become a driving instructor . Claire from Hackney and Dave from Romford went out on typical Part 2 test routes as we expect they will take their test at Goodmayes driving test centre. Jennie from Dagenham was working on her Part 3 skills and did well, especially as she is not yet teaching learners.

T hree pupils have also joined us and benefit from a few free sessions with some of our trainee instructors watched by the trainers. Some of the trainees get to watch the trainers work with pupils which helps with their understanding of level of instruction, control and feedback.

Brian is going solo today delivering some driving instructor training in Newbury by himself as he wants to help a couple of trainees from Aldershot and Reading with language problems. ADI training sometimes requires innovation beyond even what we manage to achieve. That’s what makes our trainers and our training stand out.

Ilhem from Uxbridge has made great progress with her Part 2 driving skills and is being encouraged to start Part 3 ADI training . Cambridge, 9am and Gary is ready to start his weekly driving instructor training session with Jerry from Peterborough, Dave from Romford and Kelly from Harlow. All of them are still working on both their Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training skills. All of them should be teaching learners before Christmas given the progress they are all making. We would expect each of them to become a driving instructor fully in the second half of next year.

Kaye meets Ilhem from Uxbridge at Hayes driving test centre today to work on her Part 2 driving skills. Ilhem seems to have developed the enthusiasm for training with us now and is attending three to four ADI training sessions every week. During todays driving instructor training session they drove out to Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor and back through Hounslow. Ilhem just needs to work on consistency which will come with the effort she is applying.

W eekly driving instructor training in Belvedere this morning led as usual by Christine , Rob and Amy . Most of the ADI training today is with Part 3 trainees some of whom are getting close to achieving their goal to become a driving instructor . Dave and Claire are the only two focussed on Part 2 driver training but they also got the chance to do some Part 3 , they will soon be out on the road teaching. 

P art 2 and Part 3 driving instructor training in Southampton this morning with Andy from Salisbury and Albert and Ollie at Maybush Driving Test Centre. Neil and his team bring their usual enthusiasm and motivation to the weekly ADI training in Southampton. That is one of the very important reasons why our trainees turn up every week and turn up at our other training venues.

We are experiencing more demand for our weekly driving instructor training sessions in Battersea , S outh London with Bob . Safia from Eltham is there again as is Hamed and Reginald, all keen to work on their AD I training skills because the qualifying time they have left to become a driving instructor is approaching in the new year . Good session with all of them getting a one to one.

You will meet other trainees, chat with them and find out how our training delivers qualified driving instructors. Tracey is on course to get a six for her next check test, Andy is heading for a successful Part 2 , he still does the same routines, but we got him doing them earlier and now he finds it easier.

A big congratulations go to Rob who has passed his check test with a Grade 6 at Hayes driving test centre today. His examiner Ben was extremely complimentary about Rob’s client centred learning and coaching skills. Examiners throughout the South of England are clearly recognising the quality and consistency of our driving instructor training . If only they recognised how much ADI training we deliver to achieve this level of competence so many of our driving instructors achieve. One day ! 

ADI Training in Anerley, South London this afternoon with Rod , Frances and the team and eight trainees. Three trainees are working towards taking their Part 3 tests and at the same time they are all busy helping trainees at different levels on their driving instructor training programme. Interesting reaction when we point out to trainees how, when they train others it helps them to become a driving instructor . There’s more than one way to skin a cat, so they say.

Kaye is working with James from Hayes on Part 2 of his driving instructor training programme in West London, looking at how to anticipate other road users behaviour. She also took some time to introduce him to the Part 3 ADI training structure and schedule. James has only just begun his path to become a driving instructor .

D riving instructor training in Reigate this afternoon with Dieter and a couple of our P art 3 trainees. It is great to see people who want to become a driving instructor develop their skills through our ADI training programme . What is most impressive is when the pupils start to notice the difference and start recommending the instructor to their family and friends for driving lessons.

Dieter , Bob and the team meet in Kingston this morning for their weekly driving instructor training session with seven trainee driving instructors and two pupils. There are so many different ways to deliver ADI training that help a trainee to become a driving instructor . Some trainees struggle with role play and yet when we put them into real situations we see they perform well, Nambeng is a good example of this.

Ben from Andover is meeting up with Sally in Basingstoke this morning to do some more Part 2 driving instructor training. He already seems convinced our ADI training will help him to become a driving instructor especially as he has asked the most important questions .

News is coming through that Emanuel from Woolwich has just passed his Part 2 test at Belvedere Driving Test Centre. Emanuel has been doing his driving instructor training in Belvedere in Kent with Christine , Rob , Amy and the crew on Thursdays as well as on one to one sessions. He will now go on to do the Part 3 ADI training to enable him to obtain a trainee licence and begin teaching in South London. Well done Emanuel we are all really pleased for you. 

Neil is conducting his regular weekly driving instructor training session in Poole Albert and Ollie both from Southampton. Not convinced Albert is doing the simple things needed to develop his language skills, which is the only thing hindering his ADI training development. Don’t know how we can make it any easier to become a driving instructor than we do. Keep it simple Albert, it’s working for Ollie.  

Some of our Surrey and Hampshire trainees are working on their AD I training programme with Alan today in Camberley . They a re all working together on their driving instructor training to enable them to achieve the high standards we set for them to become a KISS driving instructor .

KISS Driving Instructor Training in Bishops Stortford today yielded a good turn out with four trainers, three trainees all working to become a driving instructor and three pupils from 9am and 2pm. James was away on a week's football coaching course - but we coped ! We used an Automatic car to practise our ADI training skills, alongside the manual training cars which made an interesting variation. Jerry has convinced us all he is now ready for his upcoming Part 2 driving test in Cambridge.

Driving instructor training with Mark , Tony and 5 trainee driving instructors in Ilford is going smoothly again. Everyone gets a Part 2 and a Part 3 ADI training session and moves forward with their efforts to become a driving instructor in Hackney, East London and Dagenham, Loughton and Romford in Essex.

Its Saturday morning and time for our regular driving instructor training session in Battersea with Bob and Abdul . This event is really thriving now with the trainees almost demanding as much ADI training as they can. Its always a pleasure to see people being motivated enough to become a driving instructor of the highest calibre. Fatumah as usual brought a pupil along for the trainees to work with as did Abdul.

Alec and Tony are working hard with five trainees doing driving instructor training today in Barnet. Two are on Part 2  and three on Part 3 . Alec has brought a pupil along from North London who is just about ready for her practical driving test. She was able to get a mock test which was observed by one of the trainees then she was taken out by two of the more advanced trainees who then got feedback from the trainers. There are numerous ways in which we can conduct ADI training and develop peoples skills to become a driving instructor . 

Poole ADI training started at 9am today with Andy, Albert and Ollie in attendance. Everyone is doing Part 3 driving instructor training with Andy also doing some Part 2 driving as well. At KISS we train to become a driving instructor first and pass tests second which is why we have a 95% success rate.

A three hour driving instructor training session is being held in Cambridge with Jerry David and Kelly. Gary is a great trainer thriving as a trainer working alongside Tony and there's no doubt everyone is enjoying their ADI training today.

Aldershot,  Farnborough and  Reading trainees getting together with Alan for some ADI training programme this morning. Driving instructor training is definitely most effective at these training sessions where they all work together in their efforts to become a driving instructor .

Driving instructor training in Reigate this afternoon with Dieter and three trainees all eager to complete their ADI training to become a driving instructor in Surrey and South London. A critical part of what we do to ensure trainees are patient and get enough training is to enable them to keep their costs low.

James from Hayes and Ilhem from Uxbridge are doing ADI training with Kaye in West London . Both are working hard on their Part 2 driving instructor training and getting ready to take their practical driving test at Hayes driving test centre. James is also planning to spend some time watching Kaye work with a pupil in Slough on an intensive driving course .

ADI training in Southampton today for Neil and his team. Training someone to become a driving instructor takes time because it takes months if not years to develop coaching skills .

Fresh off the press today is our latest version of our Part 3 driving instructor training manual for new trainees. Our focus is to make our ADI training programme as simple and easy for trainees in order to help them become a driving instructor as quickly as possible. Of course by doing this we are also making it easier for our trainers to deliver training.

ADI training in Battersea today with Bob who is working with Hamed from Morden and Safia from Eltham. Hamed has just applied for a second trainee licence to give him more time to progress his driving instructor training skills. Safia is preparing for her Part 3 test at belvedere driving test centre. Both of these guys are teaching and working hard to become a driving instructor in their own parts of South London.

Weekly ADI training in Camberley today for our largest contingent of trainees arriving from Aldershot, Basingstoke, Camberley, Farnborough, Guildford, Sandhurst and Woking. Whilst other driving schools in Surrey and Hampshire seem to be in decline our driving instructor training programme is delivering driving instructors who can teach and will retain pupils and grow their business.

Jennie and Claire are getting together today in Hackney to help each other with their driving instructor training . Both of them are progressing well with their ADI training programme and will be teaching learners soon on a trainee licence. This extra effort they are making will help them to become a driving instructor in East London quicker.

ADI training in Anerley now begins at 2 pm with Rod , Frances and the team due to the increasing numbers of trainees wanting driving instructor training. This is the place to be on a tuesday afternoon if you want to become a driving instructor in South London.

ADI training in Reigate this afternoon with Omar and a couple of Part 3 trainees. Our driving instructor training programme works because the trainers are committed to teaching their trainees everything they know and collectively they ensure everyone is happy and confident as individuals they will become a driving instructor . 

Sally from Basingstoke is meeting Ben from Andover to get his free driving instructor training session , which will be some part driver training and also getting an insight into how we use our training aids. Not enough people ask enough questions before they embark sign up for a training programme, Ben is quite rightly asking plenty of questions .

Nash has gone to see Alec in Barnet , North London for some additional one to one driving instructor training. His ADi training has, for the most part, gone well but like some others he’s stalled in one area, in his case its simply level of instruction. Client centred learning is about finding out what the pupil can teach you first then when they can’t teach you, teach them. 

ADI training in Kingston today with Dieter , Omar and the team gearing up for driving instructor training with eight trainees and three pupils until about 1pm. Everyone getting at least one training session plus some of them get the chance to take learners out and then get feedback from the trainers. These guys need to hit the ground running when they start teaching for real to enable them to impress learners and compete.

Kaye from West London is working with Geta from Brentwood and Nash from Stanmore on their Part 3 driving instructor training skills . Bit later in the morning and they are joined by new recruit James who is just starting his Part 2 training ready for taking his practical driving test at Hayes driving test centre.

Neil has got Albert and Ollie both from Southampton working on their Part 3 ADI training in Poole today. Albert needs to read his dialogue scripts to refine his language as pupils could mis-interpret what he wants them to do. Although in the early stages Ollie is really getting on with her driving instructor training and looks as if she can be teaching by November.

Christine from Abbey Wood is doing Part 3 driving instructor training with Rajesh from Blackheath and Kevin from Greenwich near Belvedere driving test centre. Both of these guys will soon complete their ADI training and complete their journey to become a driving instructor in South London. Christine reports a few problems with their instructional techniques which can easily be remedied by watching their pupils more.

Bishops Stortford driving instructor training today with Steve , Tony and the crew of ten trainees and 4 pupils. This format is definitely helping pupils pass their practical driving tests. All of the trainees are kept busy and are actively developing their ADI training skills and confidence together. Jerry from Peterborough is showing real promise now and is about to take his Part 2 driving test at Cambridge driving test centre.

Ilford driving instructor training with Mark , Tony and 5 trainee driving instructors this pm. All get ADi training to help them progress in their efforts to become a driving instructor . Driving instructor training is easy if it's well structured and made simple - it's not rocket science!

ADI training at Battersea, South London begins at 8.30 sharp with Abdul and Bob leading the driving instructor training. Eight trainees all eagerly awaiting their chance to do some driving instructor training. Two pupils come along to help everyone of our guys become a driving instructor .

Driving instructor training in Barnet, North London today with six trainees doing their ADi training and three pupils. Alec and Tony are working hard to make sure everyone gets at least one driving instructor training session. 

Neil from Poole is doing Part 3 driving instructor training in Poole today with Andy from Salisbury. Andy hasn't passed his Part 2 driving test yet but we have found teaching helps understanding. We aim to complete his initial ADi training soon to enable him to begin working on a trainee licence. Don't worry Andy we will soon help you become a driving instructor .

Gary is delivering Part 2 and Part 3 driving instructor training in Cambridge to Jerry, Dave and Kelly. Quite simply success breeds success and there's no doubt expert ADi training helps too. We train to become a driving instructor first and pass tests second which is why we have a 95% success rate. Simple!

Omar is taking driving instructor training in Reigate this afternoon and he's joined by Karen and Hamed as they are both working to become a driving instructor in surrey . Karen is doing Part 2 and Part 3 ADi training whilst Hamed is doing part 3 after being let done by another training school.

Neil and his team are delivering driving instructor training to four trainees at Maybush driving test centre in Southampton today. Good examples of the delivery of client centred learning being demonstrated today.

Neil is doing Part 3 driving instructor training in Southampton with Albert and Ollie. Because they are at different levels in their ADi training programme they can both feed off each other. 

Bob is doing Part 3 driving instructor training in Battersea with Safia from Eltham in South London. Safia is anxious about her ADi training skills because her test is fast approaching at Belvedere driving test centre. We have every confidence however in her ability and are sure she will soon become a driving instructo r.

Alan , Brian and the crew turn up in Camberley for one of the busiest driving instructor training days of each week. Our ADi training programme just keeps growing week by week with new people wanting to become a driving instructor .

Rod reports lots of trainees at driving instructor training in Anerley, South London this afternoon. ADi training works so much better when trainees get together and help each other as well as get a session each with the trainers. Everyone believes they can become a driving instructo r simply because they get so much help.

Dieter is delivering 1 - 1 ADi training in Reigate this afternoon with one of our Part 3 trainees. We much prefer to deliver our driving instructor training programme collectively but happy to help individuals to become a driving instructor .

We've had an enquiry in from Andover for our unlimited ADI training in Basingstoke . This person has previously tried to become a driving instructor but didn't pass the Part 2 test. We have already offered him a free driving instructor training session in Basingstoke and are sure he will join us. We've already answered so many questions others couldn't and reassured him there are no catches.

Nash is taking driving instructor training in West London with ADI Kaye this morning to try to improve his ADi training skills. 

Welcome on board James who has just joined our driving instructor training programme in Hayes . James has joined our ADi training in Kingston today and intends to work with us at four sessions a week. We are sure you will quickly become a driving instructor James. Keep the enthusiasm going and we will do the rest.
