KISS Driving Instructor Training

This was the very last ADI training session of the year at Bishops Stortford with Gary , Tony and Steve and five trainees all eager to work on their driving instructor training.

Driving instructor training with Tony, Mark and five trainees this afternoon in Goodmayes. Claire from Hackney, East London and Dave from Romford are working well together on Part 2 test routes as Jenny from Dagenham and James from Loughton work on their Part 3 ADI training.

Driving instructor training in Battersea with Bob and Abdul for Abu, Hamed, Ilhem, James and Reginald . We also have two pupils getting mock tests and some extra training.

Driving instructor training in Newbury with Brian from Hungerford and Ben from Andover and Andy from Salisbury. ADI training is easy, especially when you have people who are determined to become a driving instructor .

Alec is working close to  Barnet driving test centre with too trainees turning up from East London, North London and other areas. Ilhem from Uxbridge is progressing with her Part 2, Geta is gaining confidence with her Part 3 driving instructor training and Claire is excited about both Christmas and her ADI training . No doubt they will all be enthusiastic when we get back in the New Year.

Tracey is in Reading with Monika again today working on her Part 2 driving skills. Ram turns up a little later for some Part 3 driving instructor training to become a driving instructor early in the New Year.

Gary is in Cambridge today working with Gerry from Peterborough on his driving skills ready for his Part 2 test in January. Dave from Romford and Kelly from Harlow made their excuses (Christmas shopping we guess).

Todays driving instructor training session with Kaye for the West London trainees involves Ilhem from Uxbridge and James from Hayes working on Part 2 together. Geta from Brentford is working on Part 3 with Kaye to enable Geta to take a Part 3 test early in the new year. All of them are applying themselves well given the Xmas break is just round the corner. Well done guys. 

Dieter and Omar are in Reigate, S urrey for driving instructor training this afternoon with two trainees. Hamed and Reginald are working hard with their ADI training as they came to use from another training school and the clock is ticking. They are sure they will achieve their ambition to become a driving instructor , hopefully before their two years runs out.

Belvedere driving instructor training this morning with Christine and Amy on hand for the three trainees who have turned up. No Part 2 ADI training today as they are all working on Part 3, all getting closer too their goal to become a driving instructor .  

Neil is back in Southampton for one last Part 3 driving instructor training session this year with just Albert and Ollie at Maybush Driving Test Centre in Southampton. Welsh meets polish and Lithuanian ADI training at its most multi-lingual. 

Great news coming through from Guildford driving test centre as we hear Claire from Sandhurst has passed her Part 2 driving test at the first attempt. Well done Claire, and as she has done quite a lot of her Part 3 ADI training we can expect to see Claire out teaching in Aldershot, Camberley and Farnborough before the end of January.  

Bob is delivering driving instructor training in Battersea , S outh London this afternoon. Safia from Eltham is helping train Hamed, Reginald, Ilhem and Geta with their AD I training skills. Three of the four trainees wanting to become a driving instructor with us will be teaching early in the new year.

A big congratulations to Nembang who has passed his Part 3 test at the first attempt with us at Guildford Driving Test Centre. Yet another success for our driving instructor training with Alan , Brian , Kaye and Sally in Camberley, Bob , Dieter and Omar  in Kingston and Reigate. Most importantly if you want to become a driving instructor you have to get as much ADI training as possible to achieve this level of competence so many of our driving instructors achieve.   

If you want to b ecome a driving instructor with KISS and in Guildford then come to our weekly driving instructor training on Wednesdays in Camberley . Alan , Brian and the team are there all day and will give you a free ADI training session and let you see some of what we do. You will meet other trainees, chat with them and find out how our training delivers qualified driving instructors. Tracey is on course to get a six for her next check test, Andy is heading for a successful Part 2 , he still does the same routines, but we got him doing them earlier and now he finds it easier.

Driving instructor training in Anerely, South London takes a break this afternoon with Rod , Frances from Croydon as everyone gets ready for the areas Xmas party this evening. Whilst we enjoy delivering ADI training every week up to 20 ADI’s and trainees are expected to take a break and turn up for this annual get together. Anyone wanting to become a driving instructor with KISS will have to wait until the new year now. Merry Xmas everyone

Kaye from Northolt is working with Ilhem from Uxbridge, Geta from Brentford and James from Hayes at the driving test centre this afternoon. They are all working hard on Part 2 and Part 3 driving instructor training so they can get ready to teach as soon as possible in West London. James has only recently begun his path to become a driving instructor but with the help of everyone else is making good progress.

Dieter is in Reigate delivering D riving instructor training to a couple of our P art 3 trainees. If you are serious about wanting to become a driving instructor it is vital you get as much ADI training as possible and our unique programme delivers that to our trainees giving us a 95% success rate.  

Driving Instructor Training as usual in Kingston today with Bob , Omar and the team. Last session before the Xmas break and a good turnout of six trainee instructors get some ADI training along with three pupils doing mock tests and nerve settling training. Nambeng is here again ahead of his Part 3 test at Guildford Driving Test Centre tomorrow.

Sally is in Basingstoke today with Ben from Andover, Blair from Aldershot and Ram from Farnborough doing Part 2 and Part 3 driving instructor training . They all look pretty happy with the ADI training we are delivering in Surrey and Hampshire.

Neil , is in Poole today delivering Driving Instructor Training to Albert and Ollie both from Southampton and Andy from Salisbury. ADI training development can be done in several ways and so its helpful when trainees like Albert bring pupils along each week. 

Alan our lead trainer in Camberley is completing some last minute driving instructor training preparation with Nembang from Aldershot for his Part 3 test at Guildford Driving Test Centre on Wednesday. Claire from Sandhurst has also come along with Ram from Farnborough. Claire is taking her Part 2 driving test in Guildford on Wednesday. As part of his ADI training programme Ram is using the opportunity to assess Claire’s driving skills as part of his preparation for a test early in the New Year.

Driving Instructor Training in Bishops Stortford with four trainers, five trainees and just two pupils today. Gary , is as ever, working enthusiastically to help everyone as much as possible, Tony and Steve are focussing on James who should be taking his Part 3 test early in the New Year. Gerry is working hard to develop his ADI training skills and has come a long way with his Part 2 driving skills ready for his test at Cambridge Driving Test Centre. We expect to see him teaching pupils in early February. Claire from East London, David from Romford and Kelly from Harlow are all also working towards beginning to teach in their own areas in February.

Driving instructor training this afternoon in Ilford with Tony and Mark and five trainees from East London and Essex working on driving instructor training Part 2 and 3 . Everyone gets three ADI training sessions over the four hour afternoon session. Claire from Hackney and Dave from Romford are working on manoeuvres and general driving skills as they will be taking their Part 2 tests Goodmayes driving test centre soon. Jennie from Dagenham is doing Part 3 phase 2 and was learning to Q & A effectively before moving off.

Battersea, South London, Bob and Abdul are working hard with half a dozen instructors working on their ADi training programmes. Fatumah and Abdul have brought pupils for us to help and use with our driving instructor training sessions.

Brian is getting into the habit of delivering ADI training in Newbury as he helps a couple of trainees there today. His specialism is working on role play on the move which is where you pass or fail your Part 3 test .

D riving instructor training in Barnet today with Alec , Tony and trainees from East London, North London, West London, Harlow and Romford. Looks like we might need to extend our training sessions as demand for ADI training here increases

Tracey is going solo today delivering some driving instructor training in Reading as she helps a couple of trainees from Aldershot and Reading who have language problems. ADI training sometimes requires innovation beyond even what we manage to achieve. That’s what makes our trainers and our training stand out.

Gary is doing driving instructor training today in Cambridge with Jerry from Peterborough, Kelly from Harlow and Dave from Romford. Good group working together here, all very positive and supportive to each other providing great motivational vibes.

Andy from Salisbury and Ollie and Albert from Southampton are working on their driving instructor training with Neil in Wimborne . Really pleased at the level of knowledge and skill these guys are able to achieve through our ADI training programme.

Kaye from Northolt is working with Geta from Brentford, Ilhem from Uxbridge, James from Hayes and Nash from Stanmore on their Part 2 driving skills and part 3 driving instructor training . Geta is doing a great job of supporting Kaye on the delivery of our ADI training . Ilhem is struggling for consistency but is enthusiastically working to progress. James needs and is getting extra help from Kaye, Geta and Nash during the week as he has limited opportunities to practice on his own. 

Hamed , Reginald and Nembang  are working hard on their driving instructor training programme with Dieter and Omar in Reigate . Really positive feedback on Nembang’s ADI training development, Hamed is coming along nicely whereas Reggie still not putting in the minimal home study needed to progress to become a driving instructor . 

Belvedere, driving instructor training today with Part 2 and Part 3 trainees like Rajesh, Safia who are close to achieving full qualification. Dave and Claire are benefitting from help from extra ADI training from Safia as well as getting training from Christine and Rob .

Neil from Poole is at Maybush Driving Test Centre in Southampton this morning delivering weekly driving instructor training to Andy from Salisbury, Blair from Fleet and local trainees Albert and Ollie . All working well together, Albert and Blair are helping Ollie and Andy develop their skills to become a driving instructor .

Mid-week driving instructor training sessions in Battersea , S outh London with Bob this afternoon . Safia from Eltham, Hamed from New Malden and Reginald from Morden working hard on their AD I training skills to become a driving instructor .

Alan , Brian , Kaye and Sally are in Camberley all day delivering Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training to nine trainees and we also have four learners with us today. The three new trainees are all enthusiastically working on their own driving instructor training programmes and watching what the more advanced trainees are doing. Its good to see so many people all working together and helping each other to become a driving instructor .

Kevin, Safia, Hamed, Reggie, Rajesh, Zara, Shanti and Noor have all turned up for ADI training in Anerley, South London this afternoon. Rod , Frances and the team get stuck into, delivering driving instructor training to everyone who turned up. Some of the Part 3 trainees are busy helping train the trainees at different levels which others it helps them to become a driving instructor .

Geta from Brentford, James from Hayes and Ilhem from Uxbridge are all working with Kaye from Northolt on Part 2 and Part 3 driving instructor training in West London. Geta has almost completed her Part 3 ADI training and should soon become a driving instructor . Ilhem has made great progress with her Part 2 and is now getting her head round how to do Part 3. James is just getting into Part 2.

ADI training in Kingston this morning with Dieter , Bob and Omar . This is yet another busy weekly driving instructor training session with nine trainee driving instructors and three pupils turning up. It’s great to see individuals develop their ADI training skills and very pleasing when they can become a driving instructor .

Sally is in Basingstoke this morning doing some more Part 2 driving instructor training with Ben from Andover, Zoe from Basingstoke and Claire from Farnborough, all of them newcomers. All of them recently took advantage of our offer of attending a Free ADI Training session and were easily convinced our training will help them become a driving instructor in their own areas.

Feedback from a competitor training organisation offering FREE driving instructor training saying they have a 70% drop out rate. Trainer was saying that ‘of the remaining 30% quite a few are not good enough to get qualified’. Raised a smile amongst our trainers as failure is not a concept we entertain which is why we have a 95% success rate .  

A regular weekly driving instructor training session in Poole is taking place today with Albert and Ollie turning up from Southampton. Andy from Salisbury has also turned up to do some ADI training development. Keep it simple guys and you will make progress more easily. 

Alan our lead trainer in Camberley is doing Part Two and Part Three driving instructor training with several trainees in Guildford today as a few of them get ready for their tests . They a re all working together on their driving instructor training to enable them to achieve the high standards we set for them to become a kiss driving instructor .

Bishops Stortford driving instructor training today with five trainees all working hard to become a driving instructor . Jerry from Peterborough and Kelly from Bishops Stortford are looking good with their Part two driving skills, Claire from Hackney and David from Romford are working hard towards beginning teaching in January.
