KISS Driving Instructor Training

This will be the last ADI training session in Battersea until the new year and we have five trainee driving instructors with us this morning. Zahra from Croydon is definately taking advantage of our unlimited driving instructor training in South London by going to three to four sessions a week. Mudasser is developing his ADI Part 3 skills quickly now we have shown him how to develop and he's using our unique training aids. He originally joined another training company then switched to a second trainer. he then took a free training session with KISS Trainer Bob and immediately realised he could qualify to become a driving instructor if he signed up, which he did. Mudasser's pupils are also recognising the difference now he is using our unique client centred learning technique.

Big congratulations to KISS trainee instructor Zahra from Croydon and her husband on the arrival of their first child. Zahra has ta k en a short break from her ADI Part 3 development programme and intends to be back at work shortly. KISS Trainer Rod and KISS Trainer Bob and everyone involved in helping Zahra with her ADI Training in South London send their best wishes to Zahra and her new baby. Hopefully Zahra will visit us with the baby at our weekly sessions for Driving Instructor Training in London so we can all welcome the new arrival personally. We are at our normal weekly KISS driving instructor training day in Bishops Stortford today under the expert supervision of KISS Trainer Tony . We deliver ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 tuition here every week as well as in Cambridge, East London and Ilford. Today we have Gerry from petperborough, Slawa from Corby, Neil from East London, Greg from the local area and a potential new trainee wanting to become a driving instructor joining us. KISS Trainers Claire and Gary have joined us to help with the ADI training and they have brought a couple of pupils with them as well.

Paul from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Chalak from Aldershot have come to Farnborough some one to one  ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer alan . Diane is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two guys are struggling with their ADI Part 3 techniques for the same problem but for different reasons, dialogue. There are several possible solutions primarily related to learning techniques and everyone is working hard to help them improve The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.

KISStrainer Neil who lives in Wimborne completed a one to one driving instructor training session in Poole with Dave from Bournemouth. This was to help with his Part 3 test preparation and they worked through the instructional techniques and core competencies. Dave confirmed the session was very helpful in identifying areas of her client centred learning development. The K ISS ADI training programme has always focussed on developing driving instructors Client Centred Learning (coaching) skills. O ur unique training aids have been developed to ensure our trainees find it easy to understand and use to develop their careers. We are working with several KISS Driving Instructor Training potential driving instructors today in Kingston, South London. KISS Trainer Dieter is taking the lead as we deliver 2 to 3 training sessions to each of our trainees over a four hour period. This week we have been joined by Haroon who wants to become a driving instructor and is taking advantage of our offer of coming t a free training sessions. Our ADI Training is unique in a number of ways, firstly we provide unlimited weekly ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training sessions at around twenty venues. Our programme also allows you to develop your skills alongside other trainees and work on all three tests at the same time. KISS Trainer Rod is in Sydenham, South London working with Atta, Ben, Hakim, Sandra and Zahra covering ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training . Our trainees today have come from Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich and Woolwich. Very much part of the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is the help we get from our local ADI's who turn up at our weekly ADI training sessions to help develop our trainees. At KISS we train people to becoema driving instructor first and pass the tests second. This is because a good driving instructor will be able to pass the tests. Someone who has been trained just to pass the tests invariably fails to develop their career according to statistics.

KISS Trainer Dieter has arranged to meet a couple of our trainee driving instructors near Reigate driving test centre for some ADI Part 3 training. When you choose to become a driving instructor with KISS you can arrange some one to one ADI Training as you approach your tests. Today we have both Mudassar and Zahra who are on driving instructor training , preparing to take their Part 3 tests sometime early next year. It is very important when teaching you are familiar with the area otherwise it will impact on your ability to teach.

Final weekly ADI Training session in Bishops Stortford today with three regular trainee instructors and one newcomer taking advantage of our offer of a free drivining instructor training session. All of our trainees are stilll working hard to become a driving instructor with KISS despite Christmas being literally just round the corner. KISS Trainer Tony was ably supported by KISS Trainer Gary from Cambridge and our trainees came from Corny, London and Peterborough. We also had two learners joining us for a good 5 hours of client centred learning .

Everyone is in a festive mood this afternoon so not much Driving Instructor training being done this afternoon near Goodmayes Driving Test Centre. KISS Trainer Tony has brought some Xmas prassies for everyone and Jennie from Dagenham is offering around the mince pies. Our regular weekly ADI Training sessions at all locations will finish on Tuesday. KISS Trainer Bob from Chelsea is working on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 with Hakim from Putney in South West London and Mudasser from Worcester Park. Hakim should be taking his driving test at Tolworth early in the New Year, Mudassar is due to take his test of instructional ability in February. They will continue to get ADI training two to three times a week until then. KISS Trainer Alec from Borehamwood is in Barnet today to do a one to one ADI Part 2 driving session. He is there with Steve, one of our North London trainees who is working to become a driving isntructor . Steve is also working on his ADI Part 3 skills on a weekly basis with Alec and some of our other trainers. The topic of conversation at this weeks KISS Driving Instructor Training in South London is one handed steering' and what constitutes a driving or serious fault. We talk a lot about brain function during our ADI Training sessions as part of our client centred learning programme. KISS trainer Alan from Camberley is conducting his weekly ADI Training session in Camberley. We have trainee driving instructors with us today from Aldershot, Andover, Basingstoke, Portsmouth and of course Farnborough. The trainees are all working on their client centred learning skills together in addition to doing Part 2 and Part 3 sessions with Alan and Brian. The 95% success rate of the KISS driving instructor training programme is attracting a regular stream of new trainees who want to become a driving instructor with us.

KISS Trainer Rob from Sidcup is meeting a potential new trainee who wants to become a driving instructor in Maidstone to deliver a free training session. Rob normally delivers the weekly KISS Driving Instructor Training session in Upper Belvedere for trainees in South East London and Kent. When we deliver these free ADI Training sessions we aim to deliver an ADI Part 2 driving lesson. We will also demonstrate how we use our unique training aids to deliver our client centred learning lessons. In addition we answer any questions about the training process and provide an overview of the industry as it is at the moment.

KISS Trainer Gary is doing some one to one ADI Training today in Cambridge. with Gerry and Slawa. It s a good turnout for our weekly driving instructor training in Surbiton this morning to work with KISS Trainer Dieter and KISS Trainer Bob . Today we have three trainees working on their ADI Part 3 skills and two trainees working on their ADI Part 2 development as well as getting involved in other ADI Training . Its good to see the KISS Trainers identify the weakness in the skills of the guys working to become a driving instructor in South West London and elsewhere, and help them.  

A couple of our trainees who are working hard to become a driving instructor and will have there ADI Part 3 tests at Reading driving test centre shortly are working with KISS Trainer Tracey today. Slawa from Corby has been able to help and received some training himself.

KISS Trainer Neil had a one to one ADI Training session with Ollie from Southampton in preparation for her Standards Check on Wednesday at Maybush Driving Test Centre. Neil took Ollie trhough our unique Standards Test training material. They evaluated her choice of pupil, the subject she aimed to cover and the route planned for the lesson. The work they did together remined Ollie of the need to keep developing her skills by attending our weekly driving instructor training in Southampton . By helping others once they have become a driving instructor we know our ADI's keep improving their own client centred learning skills. 

Kiss Trainer Bob is working hard this afternoon with one of our trainee instructors on her ADI Part 3 technique in South West London. This ADI training session is in addition to our weekly Driving Instructor Training which are held on Saturday mornings in Battersea. First regular weekly ADI Training session in Battersea South London of the New Year today with half a dozen trainees all working to become a driving instructor in South London . Apart from KISS Trainer Bob we have two more trainers helping today including KISS Trainer Abdul . Our trainees with us today have travelled from Clapham, Putney, Stockwell, Thornton Heath, Woolwich and Worcester Park. Each will get two driving instructor training sessions based on there ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 needs. We are all working to improving our unique client centred learning technique using the KISS Training aids.

Saturday afternoon and its time for a bit of ADI Training in East London with KISS Trainer Tony working with four of our trainees. As usual some off the trainees are working on ADI Part 2 and others are working on ADI Part 3 .  The KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is available six days a week at locations througout the South of England. Our course is hands on and delivered in-car and we provide unlimited training to become a driving instructor . Our client centred learning techniques are possibly ten years ahead of most other training programmes.

Today we welcomed a new trainee to our Driving Instructor Training programme in Southampton. KISS Trainer Neil was on hand to welcome Steve and introduce him to his first ADI Training session. Steve has chosen to become a driving instructor because he wants the security of working for himself having been made redundant twice in the last four years. Having signed up to the programme he has now recieved our unique training aids and has completed his first ADI Part 2 driving lesson and watched some ADI Part 3 training in which he see how we use a client centred learning approach to teaching..

KISS Trainer Rob from Sidcup has recruited Purna from Maidstone who wants to become a driving instructor . Having delivered some free driving instructor training Rob has promised Purna unlimited ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 ADI training both locally and at several training venues. The trainees are all helping each other on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 skills today and along with help from KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury they all get a couple of one to one ADI Training sessions. These guys are all working hard together to help each other become a driving instructor and have a succesdull career.

KISS Trainer Alec is in Barnet in North London helping Neil from East London with his ADI Part 3 trainiing . Alec conducts ADI Training sessions every Thursday or Friday depending on trainees availability. Alec originally came to us having signed up with another driving instructor training provider who went out of business. From day one of wanting to become a driving instructor his intention was to move onto delivering driving instructor training in North London.

First ADI Training session back for our trainees with KISS Trainer Rob in Belvedere near Woolwich in South East London today. Nice to see Kevin one of our ADI's turn up to help deliver our Driving Instructor Training to five trainees. Kevin has also brought a pupil along who needs our help in preparing for their driving test. None of them can can make any of our weekly driving instructor training sessions this week in South London. Sandra from Stockwell and Mudasser are working hard on their ADI Part 3 skills. Hakim is working on ADI Part 2 and other part of working to become a driving instructor .

Good start to the New Year with ten trainees at our first weekly ADI Training sessions in Camberley of 2016 with KISS Trainer Alan . Luckily we have three trainers on hand to ensure everyone working on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 get at least 2 one to one driving instructor training sessions each. We want more people to train to become a driving instructor in Hampshire and Surrey in part because we have a few driving instructors coming up to retirement age. KISS Trainer Gary from Cambridge has found some time to work with Slawa from Corby to help him with some one to one ADI Part 3 . Slawa cam to us to become a driving instructor because he wanted a change of career from working in the shoe making industry. He managed to pass his ADI 1 Part 1 and ADI Part 2 easily and also attends our weekly ADI Training sessions in Bishops Stortford. Slawa has excellent knowledge and understands our unique client centred learning technique and training aids. He is just working on his dialogue primarily because his first language is not english. With the help of everyone on the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme we are sure he will be a succesful driving instructor.   

We have a lady joining us for a free driving instructor training session today in Anerley who has completed ADI Part 1 and ADI Part 2 tests with another Company. On her free ADI Training session she will be able to see some ADI Part 3 trainees working to become a driving instructor with us. She will also be able to work one to one with either KISS trainer Rod or KISS Trainer Frances who work together to deliver our client centred learning programme in South London

Today we have Atta, Mudasser and Zahar working on ADI Part 3 and Haroon and Hakim working on their ADI Part 2 driving skills. Everyone seems keen to get to work on their own individual driving instructor training programme. Well done to Gerry from Peterborough, it's immediately obvious he has been putting a lot of effort into his efforts to become a driving instructor . He has mastered the technique of briefing using our unique training aids and as result is likely to complete his ADI Part 3 training in the next few months. Jennie from East London is now keen to push ahead after passing her ADI Part 2 driving test at the end of 2015. Her aim is to pass the final exam by May 2016 and so she will be attending several sessions a week and doing some one to one training.
