ADI Training in Reading

It's a busy morning in Reading today as six trainee instructors are here to work with KISS trainer Tracey. Tracey is supported today by KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury to ensure everyone gets at least two one to one driving instructor training session.

Some of them are working on their Part 3 test preperation whilst others practice their Part 2 driving test skills. A couple of the trainees are working on a trainee licence and are working through the instructional techniques and core competencies.  Our programme focusses on using a client centred learningapproach which much of the industry is still trying to get to grips with.

The KISS ADI training programme has always focussed on developing driving instructors Client Centred Learning (coaching) skills. Our unique training aids have been developed to ensure our trainees find it easy to understand and use to develop their careers.

Driving instructor training in Ilford

Driving instructor training this afternoon in Ilford with Tony and Mark and five trainees from East London and Essex working on driving instructor training Part 2 and 3 . Everyone gets three ADI training sessions over the four hour afternoon session. Claire from Hackney and Dave from Romford are working on manoeuvres and general driving skills as they will be taking their Part 2 tests Goodmayes driving test centre soon. Jennie from Dagenham is doing Part 3 phase 2 and was learning to Q & A effectively before moving off.
